Shipping was 16 days, the store is OK, but the toy itself have some problems. The seller was responsive to my problems, but finally the toy started to work again, the boy is happy with the dog, so i decided to no ask for dispute. The dog used to enter in an endless loop of rolling, as he were upside down and trying to stand up. Yesterday, when i had time to make a movie and send to the seller, the dog started to work again, with some interruptions. Sometimes he will no finish the program(like telling the story, or dancing), will stop in the middle of the action, then doing some other stuff. In my opinion is a low quality product. Bot my son likes the dog, so.. i would give 3 stars. Averaging with 5 stars for the seller, that will make 4 stars. Thanks anyway!
